KIERCON Consultancy Limited is a construction consultancy which operates mainly throughout the UK and Ireland, with some projects in mainland Europe.

We specialise in the provision of business unit management, strategic planning support and programming skills with technical advice to assist in the computation of requirements necessary to undertake the work in advance and subsequent ongoing monitoring, engineering support advice and programming to aid forecast of outcome.

Commercial and contractual awareness combined with over 20 years of project experience and proficiency in programming to integrate and assist in securing a reliable outcome.

Kieran Doyle is KIERCON's Managing Director.

A Chartered Engineer with over 30 years experience in construction projects from Setting Out through Project Management to the position of Regional Director charged with establishing a new business unit which grew to an annual turnover of £10M in 2011 after 4 years in what is recognised as a lean period within the construction industry.

My experience is mainly in civil engineering schemes which cover a broad range of fields which include highways, structures, marine works, and environmental improvement schemes. The diagram below shows the range of experience.

A key skill I integrated into my career was to utilise and promote programming as an essential tool to assist development of a strategy for the approach to a project and the delivery. Whatever the project or task ahead, a plan is fundamental to success. I developed this aspect when managing critical time constraint projects involving tides and hourly railway possessions.
